Our last Valentine's dinner before we welcome a little one to the family! Picked up a bottle of alcohol free wine for my wife and had a nice pour of Woodford Double Oaked for me!
Sous Vide'd two decent sized prime filets @ 130F for three hours. After that, I seared them in a 600F skillet with avocado oil.
Sides were spicy ranch baby potatos, broiled lobster, and some charred brussel sprouts that I seasoned up with enough garlic to kill all of the vampires!
