where are you from ? I grew up in the Truckee/S.Lake Taho area. Lived in Monterey/Santa Cruz for 15yrs.

They can have hi cap mags if the mag well has a mag lock or bullet button. I have a freind who sells/ships hundreds of AK's and AR's there every year.

Short answer, God moved me. I really had little to say about it other than being willing.

I miss the Mountains, lakes, snow and all that but not the rest of it. I'd never move back
