It seems to me that the majority of hunters here choose to hunt hogs or deer. With the occasional dove or pheasant hunter.
Although most seem to want to get in the woods asap and spend as much time hunting as possible. So why no waterfowl hunters? Teal season starts next Saturday! That's the first open season of the year, is it not?

I personally try to make as many hunts, for whatever game is legal, that I can.

So who else here likes waterfowling? Where do you like to go?

    So why no waterfowl hunters?

Because most of them can't hit moving targets, and they need the deer and pigs to stand still before they shoot???

I haven't went out in two years due to work, but I love duck and bunny hunting. I like small, fast moving targets.
Majority of my hunting was done on a friends property in Carriere and Nicholson

It's a tough time of the year to get away but we give em hell when we can.

Duck hunting is actually my main thing...hence my handle on BS. I don't talk @ duck hunting on here, because well, this isn't a hunting forum.
Don't think there would be a whole bunch of input on here with an Extrema II vs Super Black Eagle comparison. But I could be wrong.

I love to duck hunt but finding a place or an invite has been challenging lately. Finding a good lease is like finding a leprechaun riding a unicorn. I put in for the whitelake lottery every year. Hit on out every other year. I have not had great success with guides lately either.

I'm in the same duck boat as several others here: don't know where to go or have any more experienced hunters around who know the ropes!
