How about a single forum that covers the "Skilled Trades" under the "Other" section?
We have a wide range of users who share a single common interest, and this would be a place where they could share knowledge and create community in another way. It's less political but not much less interesting or opinionated. More importantly, it would be a place where people look past each other's personal beliefs in the pursuit of gaining or sharing knowledge. There are rules about self-promotion, iirc, and they are enforced, so that would prevent people from advertising their services without buying ad space...is that correct?
"Handyman, Honey Do, How do you?" (just kidding about the name): a place where people can share knowledge and advice on useful skills like welding, masonry, and other trades, share projects, and otherwise encourage one another to be successful, skilled, and productive firearm enthusiasts.
It's good for the spirit, it's good for morale, and it's good for America.
