I use tirerack. Even all my folks I know at firestone and other places cannot match the prices.

Edit that being said there is a guy named Nathan who works at Allstar Nissan as the parts manager. He has a tirerack wholesale account and might be able to help you out. He offers his services to people on Spanky's car forum sportsnimports.

Try Consolidated Tire and Oil off Hwy 30 in St Gabriel. My wife works in the office over there. They supply a bunch of the tire stores in BR, Gonzales, and surrounding area. Just look them up and give them a call. I won't make any promises but I get my tires from them and mount them myself.
