Wild game Processing suggestions?

Hey everyone. Family and I moved to Gonzales and looking for recommendations for game processors. Live in Gonzales, but drive the BR-Lafy-Houma triangle weekly for work, so suggestions anywhere within (or even slightly outside of worth the drive) would be very appreciated. And more specifically, looking for somewhere that makes a good venison smoked maple link sausage (or something similar). Thanks everyone! Dustin.

P-Nuts Wildgame Processing. Just Got my deer back today. Best I have ever gotten. They use the Same Recipe as D&Js Grocery on Black Bayou Rd. If you want a preview go to D&Js and get the regular sausage. I have tried a lot of places and this is some good stuff.
