WTS: Winchester model 70 30-06

I have a Winchester model 70 chambered in 30-06. It has a set of Leupold bases and Leupold 30mm rings installed. It shoots well and comes with a box of ammo. I'm looking at going a different direction so I'm selling.

Looking to get $300.

The only thing I would consider in a trade would be something chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Preferably a ruger American predator.
I'm located in the Folsom area and am willing to meet within a reasonable distance.

How old is this rifle and what is the overall condition?

I’ve had the rifle 12 years and it has very slight wear. It has only been used to hunt deer locally and has been cleaned religiously.
