Lowering my requirement from a 22 mag to a 22,
Sounds like dating in high school all over again.

I almost bought a henry at WalMart, but they dont review very well on the forum(s)

Accurate Firearms has a .22 lever action on the shelf . I started to buy it till I noticed the fiveseven upper next to it . Don't recall the brand .

Where are you located? I have a Ruger 10/22 that is like new and fired maybe 50rds out of it. I bought it new and its maybe 2 months old for $200 cash. I'm in the Baton Rouge area.
