It is a LEFT hand draw IWB inside the waistband holster custom made for any 3" 1911. Will fit up to 1 3/4" belt. It has the Directional "Pull-the-Dot" snaps, and it has the draw retention adjustment screw. It is basically brand new, I only wore it 2 times before I sold the pistol. I paid $101.00 for it shipped to my door.
