The number on the top of the bolt handle matches the receiver number and is die stamped (not electro-pencilled) with the same Cyrillic prefix, but there is another number on the underside of the handle. The floorplate has a large 3 and a smaller, 6 digit number on the tang and a 4 digit number in the middle.
