The clip is from the British television show Extreme World and the New Orleans episode originally aired in the fall of 2012.
They're probably still out there somewhere taking whatever they want...ya ere me?

Watching those two reminds me of the court shows where the defendants take no responsibility for their actions and think they don't owe for what they broke/trashed/stole and the judges try their hardest to enlighten them, but they never get it and at the end of the show they're telling the cameras how the judge didn't listen to them.

Yeah- That was kind of an inside joke- just for me. My brother once heard some tourists from up north say that about some guy who walked up and tried to scam them in the French Quarter.
