I have an 8-pound bulk tray of boneless skinless defrosting. Will cut it in strips.
Will use egg and buttermilk bath twice. Flour, and Italian Bread Crumbs 50/50. With some Cajun Style Seasoning. And a little Lemon Juice.
Baking them yellow medium sized Potatoes and will mash them up with milk, butter, and sour cream and lightly season
