      Friday night violence in NOLA.

      I was born there. Dad is a geologist and moved us to Lafayette when I was three. So thankful, oh they shot 11 people in downtown lafayette Saturday night. It’s everywhere!!!!!!!

      If Glocks were never invented.

      Buddy of mine bought the 5 1/4 inch barreled one. Shot great, grip safety went out. Local professional Gunsmith could not repair it. Had to send it back to SA. I prefer no safety at all.

      I’m with you. I enjoy my glocks , but I learned way back a sig sauer is a very fine accurate dependable handgun.!! Wish I could afford a few more!!

      Open Carry

      Works in Arizona. Was in the streets of Scottsdale when two rough looking guy came walking by on the sidewalk. Both carrying 1911's in plain view. If you thought about being stupid, they had two iron slabs ready. Pretty cool.

      If your hands aren't too big. Kimber solo. I like 9mm cause i can handle it better in small framed hanguns. The trigger takes some getting use to, but very easy to cconceal. Inside of sports coat jacket is very concealable. Hard to find handgun and expensive, but nice. Belly band, 511...

      Does TSA allow you to fly with loaded magazines in carry-on?

      loaded vs. unloaded Went to alaska for a couple of weeks. Shipped ruger .44mag super redhawk. On way back leaving small airport on big jet and tsa asked me unlock gun case and show them firearm was unloaded. If i had a speed loader i could have ended everyones day in a matter of seconds...

      Can anyone here kill the Eastern Lubber Grasshopper?

      We always called them Grasshoppers. Tobacco chewing grasshoppers cause they always spit this funky brown/black liquid out of their mouth. Butterfly net, catch them, Fry them, enjoy.

      New to the shooter

      Independent, All I can. Your basic stuff. Prefer work comp. so easy. Own my own little agency. Very small, just me.
