      Good advice. Please understand that if a ring cutter will not cut it then you will probably loose the finger after an accident involving swelling of the digit. The bright side is that the ring can be easily removed after the amputation.

      Sounds like he racked the action and pulled the trigger. Can you tell if an AR 15 is full auto by doing that ? Or am I missing something ? Though I agree that if there were a full mag it would be a telling way to find out.
