I notice motor is kinda keeping quiet on this one. Something tells me he is one of those I spoke about earlier who also enjoys tinted windows on his personal vehicles.

There are many LEOs that do this. This alone should be reason enough to show that the law is not fairly enforced and is ridiculous to begin with.

Rules for thee, but not for meeee

You know what they say about assumptions . I’m just watching the show. All professions have certain things they can do that other professions can’t. It’s life, I don’t sweat it.

    I agree, I think it’s the Ford F-250 or 350
That has the 4 LED headlights with 2 fog lamps and they are brutal.

This is definitely a peeve for many, deserves its own thread. If there is any vehicle modification violation that should be enforced, it is this. This is way more unsafe than tint will ever be.

The medical condition exemption is not available to all groups of people. It is only available to the group of people with a medical condition.
Correct. It is available to all people that have a medical condition, including off duty LEO and civilians. In other words, it is a available to all groups of people.

That is correct, but it is available to all, regardless of who your employer is. In other words, no one is restricted from getting a medical exemption. In other other words, the medical exemption is available for all groups of people.

I am in a group of people who do not have a medical condition that meets the requirements for a medical condition exemption. Please explain how the medical exemption exemption is available to that group.

    Probably because of your employer.

ETA - I answered this while I was doing something else. After reading it again, I see I misread your post.

Still the answer is basically the same.

If one does not meet the medical requirements to get an exemption, he does not get one, unless he is a government employee because obviously government employees are God and they can see much better than everyone else. However, that medical exemption is still available to anyone, should they become unfortunate enough to need it and fortunate enough to actually be approved for it.
