I dont think any of it is "steel core" but rather a bi-metal jacket. Copper coated steel jacket, with lead core. There is a new wolf with 100% copper jacket, and its in a yellow/black box.

and If ChibaJoe was closer to me, I'd pick up 1K. Joe, you ever run to BR area?
