    is this good for "Urban" defense SHTF situations or would it be to penetrating unless the perp was in a vehicle or something.I am new to this so I ask.

    That's the stuff the US Military issues for its M4/M16 rifles. Might be a bit overkill for regular home defense, but in a SHTF scenario I'd load this up for general use.

    If anyone buys a case of this and wants to sell off 100 rounds or so to me I will gladly give you the .50 cents per bullet. :) I just can't justify buying up a whole case right now.
