I have several 300 BO rifles. I have a 7.5" SBR I run with a Banish 30 suppressor. The rifle runs great but for the life of me I cant seem to find subs that will run in this rifle. Of course all the supers I put through run great. Would a adjustable gas block help. It seems to under gassed. Its common for the rifle to spit out the shot round but not pick up a new round. What about the buffer weight, buffer spring?

could be the barrel port hole. does the cartridge misfeed?

on BCA website, they recommend 125gr ppu. I would give them a call.

It should run with a normal buffer and spring.

I would test it and load one round in the mag, then fire that one round and see if the bcg locks back. If it doesn't then it's either not enough gas or you buffer and spring are too much. You could try lightening the spring but I would also check online and see what the recommended gas port size is for pistol length and using subs.

you could check the port size with some wire size drill bits using the unfluted end but a quick search on Google shows AR15 saying .095 to .125 is what most or them use.

Just an FYI an AGB won't help when you are undergassed it only helps reduce the amount of gas making it to the BCG.

Also 125gr rounds are not subsonic and the OP stated it works fine with supers.
