Maybe a crazy thought but if you really like the boots and they’re otherwise comfortable, it’s probably worth considering installing a walking heel (1” tall) rather than the typical riding (2”) or engineer (1.5”) heels usually on western boots. That walking heel thing is the main point I love about Anderson Bean boots over Lucchese, Nocona, Dan Post, and Justin boots (I’ll only wear US or north Mexico made boots). Easier on my knees and back, plus I’m already 6-4...
