This time they both are wrong. Him for not giving up ID when be basically confessed to the crime by not denying the charges and instead saying " no one got hurt". so it become a lawful order to present ID. and her for heeding the investigation by being so close and not stepping back when ordered. And yelling like she was. And depending on what her name is, giving false information.
