I first learned about Acetyl L-Carnitine for nerve pain from shingles. I started taking it and feeling better over all but was still layed up from shingles. A few weeks ago some nerve pain returned but instead of taking meds that make me groggy, I tried the A L-Carnitine again. So far it’s been great. Stomach pains are better, more energy, less aches & pains & more. I’ve had these problems since I was a teenager & they have gotten worse with age, but I may have found my health answer. So far the only down side is some stomach gas.
