I think I’ll have more to worry about than my butthole if we have a true apocalypse. Unless of course if it’s a buttocalypse, but that usually only happens in prison. Until then I’ll keep it clean in the manner of my choosing.

Every once in a while, when someone speaks using an "old saying", I wonder, "What the hell happened to those poor people for them to come up with that saying?". So I'll go down the rabbit hole to find the origin and it's usually something pretty interesting.

In this case, I don't want to know where "**** hitting the fan" came from because I want to believe some poor souls somewhere in history were sitting under a fan on a fateful day when the phrase was minted. Their historic misfortune forever sealed in disastrous vernacular.
