Given both barrels are CHF, chrome lined, and 1/7 twist I’d check for mechanical error first. I know the base mounts the ACOG can get loose from time to time and this would replicate the issues your having assuming your are using the same 62 grain

Both barrels have the same 1 in 7 twist rate. Both barrels are chrome lined and CHF. The 20” barrel will have significantly more velocity but that shouldn’t make a difference printing at 100. I’d check the base mount on the ACOG. It’s an often overlooked issue with that sight. Ensure the base mount is tightened. Is the ammo the same grain and manufacturer? As for LPVOs it’s a saturated market. If you don’t mind going Chinese I’d go with a primary arms SLX 1-8 compact https://www.primaryarms.com/primary...-illuminated-acss-nova-fiber-wire-reticle-fde

If you don’t want to support the PLA than I’d go with with the vortex razer 1-6 or 1-10. https://www.primaryarms.com/vortex-optics-razor-gen-ii-hd-e-1-6x24-riflescope-vmr-2-mrad-rzr-16009
I’m hoping that it’s just my mount lol. It has been raining off and on for almost a week now. I’m hoping it eases up soon so I can get out to the range and I can update everyone. Perks of Southwest Louisiana!

Ok we finally have an update! My ACOG was not tight enough and I moved it back a little and it did perfect! I shot a few shots, dialed it up 3 clicks and then shot this 3 round group at 100 yards. I’m guessing this is less than 1 MOA at 100 yards? I didn’t have a tape measure with me, but my thumb might be a half inch. I dunno, I’m just happy it was something easy to fix!

Ok after I measured my grouping it was 0.89 inches. I would say for 62 grain green tip Winchester Academy bullets it’s definitely doing good! I’m sure if I had used my lead sled and some match grade ammo it would have been even tighter. I’m pretty impressed with it. I wouldn't mind putting a 6-24X50 scope on it to see how far I could stretch it out. I did buy some 77 grain ammo that should be here next week. I’m sure that will also help.

Nice, before you stretch it out I'd check the grouping with the 77's at a 100.
I have a precision AR that Hates 77's and is a Tack driver with 69 smk's
