Recent positive events have brought my focus back to home-based life things which has me tightening up "loose ends" in my home things; prechosen additions that have been quietly waiting to fill their spot.

The most recent pair of additions:
    All-Clad Copper Core 2-quart saucepan.
All-Clad Copper Core 14" stir fry pan.

Possible ingredients for stir fry are many, highly customizable, often low-cost and usually healthy. Over time I will be sharing pics and recipes. You know you can always count on Gordon Ramsay to throw down, and quickly.

Remember it’s not authentic Chinese if it doesn’t have a cat in it.
There will surely be a few Orient-oriented components but my style is prodominantly American, in all things.

I will always stay away from soy-based products due to their documented detrimental effects on testosterone.

Since I'm currently holding 11 pounds of Broccoli Sprouting Seeds, my homegrown sprouts will fill all sprout needs.

Sauteing head-on 21/25 shrimp in unsalted butter, peeled but the head and very end tail shell left on. This produces major shrimp flavor. The more batches are cooked consecutively the more their flavor intensifies.
