I haven't put the components together to start sprouting seeds yet, so of course I haven't tasted them yet, either.

A like-minded individual brought Broccoli Sprouts to my attention recently. I researched the hell out of it and I am highly excited about the sprouts and the system. About the same time I ordered 10 pounds of seeds, a 4-jar lid/stand kit (still need 4 jars for that kit), and a 10" x 20" drip tray, this like-minded American gifted me a 2-jar kit and a pound of seeds. Currently I'm not in an optimal position to begin the sprouting process but that will change very soon.

Once I obtain fresh sprouts I'll report the details here.
As much as I've read about Broccoli Sprouts, I'm more than confident my $300 investment is definitely worth it.

Reported to be some 50X as nutritious a mature broccoli, 7X more nutritious than fresh spinach.
Combined with the quick sprouting system, you can't beat that with a hickory handle.

Some recipe ideas I have so far:

On tacos/wraps whether raw or first lightly/quickly tossed in a pan with butter.
In soups where bean sprouts are normally used.
Salads.
Scrambled eggs.
As a raw side, with a touch of avocado oil and pink salt.
On burgers (or wherever else lettuce is typically used).
Added at the last minute of reducing heavy cream for sauce on pasta or the like.
Options are many!
