Do you have any pics of the event? I am working otherwise would have made and attempt to get out there. Thinking about getting into some local competions every now and again. USPSA/IPSC. Anyone know of regular matches around the Acadiana area?

I shot bulseye matches in the Marine Corps, so the whole USPCA/IPSC concept is a little new to me. i had a blast though, met a lot of people, and it was for a good cause. The range facility is very nice. There are about 6 pistol bays, plenty of steel, 300 yard rifle range,and lots of skeet/trap shooting. there is a pro shop with ammo and mainly race gun parts.

This is an excellent place to shoot. Narco and I are trying to setup a group shoot here depending on how much they will rent us the range for. this would alsobe a great place to have one of our instructors do a guest class.

Anyone know of regular matches around the Acadiana area?

At this point, the monthly Cajun Action Shooters (USPSA) and LaFourche Speed Shooters (steel challenge-style) are as close as it gets AFAIK. Both held at this range in Thibodaux.
