    So hypothetically, the DA can use this during the trial as a public admission of guilt since he's pleading, I assume, not guilty?

    The DA first needs to tie the post to a computer that he has access to. Then it is an admission against interest and is an exception to the hearsay rule. Jury gets to hear it. I hurts his case.
