Thanks. We have a deep frier and use La fish fry mostly. I fry ANYTHING!! Fried BACON wrapped Twinkies!!! I ain't skeered!!!

For us catfish fillets are dipped in louisiana hot sauce, battered and deep fried. Other types of fish are dipped in a mixture of eggs/mustard, battered then deep fried. Fried fish eggs are great but speckled trout eggs are the best!
