I carry a Glock 26 until I got to Louisiana. My NM CCL is not valid here when I go to TX I still do. In the process of getting a FLorida one.

    S&W 38+P hammerless pocket carry (I think it's a 642 model).

    Occasionally a G27 IWB.

Yours is an AirLite PD model which should be the 340PD. The only difference between it and the 642 is yours has a scandium alloy frame and titanium alloy cylinder, and the 642 (mine) has an aluminum alloy frame and a stainless steel cylinder. This amounts to the 340PD weighing in at 12 ounces and the 642 at 15 ounces.

    Here's a pic of my 2001 pre-lock 642-1 +P rated .38SPL

You're right Tantrix. I was at work and couldn't remember the model number. It's actually a 342pd. It's only made for 38+p, not 357 loads. I've had it for about 6 years but didn't start carrying it until recently.

    Thanks.

Yep...the 340 series is nice. You did good going with the .38 chambering with those Scandium frames. The .357 coming out of them is one of the worst stings I've ever had.

Ours will likely last much longer too since we aren't beating them up with magnum rounds. Sweet gun you have there bro.

I carry a glock 27 w/ pearce pinky extension! Either in a Galco ankle holster or a Galco IWB. I really want a Milt sparks iwb. I have heard good things about them. I have been thinking about a Kahr, smith airweight wheel gun, or what i would really like is a rohrbaugh

Glock 26 or 30 in Galco USA IWB or a Miami classic shoulder rig on the 3 days it's actually cold enough to wear a coat 'round here. I got a Smart Carry the other day, and it works real well...but the draw is a lil' awkward and the wife laughs at it...The 26 in the USA with a Wilderness Instructor belt is comfortable and stable....even crawling around under houses, she stays put.
