It's a UTG quad rail.

That would have to be a UTG 478 quadrail.That is the only one that fits correctly on a draco.

And I did spend my money at the gun show

The gun shows in TX are just so different than the LA ones.At least the one's I have been too

They had loading supplies like a super market.Ad the guns were actually priced right.I saw a mini 14 for $465. Could have bought a kel tec sub2000 9mm for $300.
Also they served food.I was happy about that part.All I bought was a Remington 742 .308.Got it for $220.I will be going to many many more TX gun shows.It is strange why La is so strict at their shows.Out of 40 people selling guns at tables,only 4 of them were actual FFL dealers.I had fun !!!!!
