Thanks for putting it together Ed and everyone who helped make it possible. A pleasure as always.

You don't know how much a simple statement like this means. We are all volunteers and do it because we like the game. A little "Thank you" goes a long way.
Ed and the gang, who set it all up yesterday:hi5::bravo::thumbsup::rockon::wavey::bigok:
    Stages were good too!

What's the difference between points and stage points?

Points are your actual score on the stage, not figuring in the time/hit factor.
Stage points is a percentage of the maximum points possible on a stage.

    Here's an example:Stage 1
    1 Jacob, Scott 17 B Production 125 10 18.07 6.3641 140.0000 100.00%

    7 Jouette, Jeremy 21 C Production 121 10 24.41 4.5473 100.0333 71.45%

I had the highest hit factor(6.3641) so I got 100% of the stage points(140.000)
Your hit factor(4.5473) is 71.45% of my 6.3641. So you get 71.45% of the maximum available stage points (100.0333)
Points you can see right away, stage points takes some cipherin'. Computers sure make this easy. In the old days we had to do all this with calculators. And you guys wonder why DMH, Beauxdog, and I are half crazy?

so in other words if you win the stage (higher HF) you get all of the points regardless of misses etc?

oh and why didnt you use this example. :fawk:

    3 Jouette, Jeremy 21 C Production 112 0 19.39 5.7762 99.9083 83.26%
    4 Jacob, Scott 17 B Production 100 0 19.67 5.0839 87.9339 73.28%

    jk :o

Placement is based on hit factor (points divided by time) The most accurate or the fastest will not always win, but do both at the same time and you got something.

Could have used this one too......but I didn't:p
    3 Jouette, Jeremy 21 C Production 111 0 18.14 6.1191 101.8138 88.53%
    4 Jacob, Scott 17 B Production 96 10 17.41 4.9397 82.1902 71.47%

right, i know placement is based on hit factor.

what i'm asking is, are you saying first place (highest hit factor) gets 100% of the stage points regardless of actual score? i looked at it again and that looks correct. i didn't realize that. it makes much more sense now. :o
