On that note, BR's favorite professional juror (me) has just received a 2 page questionnaire about me and my life from the 19th JDC. Last time I filled out something like this I was in jury pool for Shedran Williams' trial for the killing of Lt. Vickie Wax. Guess I better brush up on my Bad A$$ facts and listen to some Boo$ee so I know the story and the lyrics before I get there, don't ya think?

I was called for jury duty five times over 25y and only got as far as being questioned as a potential juror. Was peremptorily challenged.

A lawyer who was taking a break from another trial told me I would never be chosen as I have a college degree in chemistry and they basically don't want educated people. I was carrying a book to read while waiting and he said that is a sign to be turned down.

Had I not moved to Ky, I would be exempt now as I'm over seventy, but I enjoyed jury duty. Get to be with my "peers."
