Federal 9mm ammo ID

So, cleaning out my ammo cans, I came across some Federal 9mm ammo that I need help identifying.
Almost positive that the round to the left is 147grn jhp. Not sure what the one on the right is. It seems slightly smaller than the left one.... almost like 124grn but it's not +P.
Also.... what's with the blue sealant around the primer?
Any thoughts?

Federal hst, both of them. Blue stuff is a sealant to prevent moisture.

If I had to guess it looks like one 124gr and one 147gr both standard pressure according to the head stamps.
