It is a safety. Squeezing the (Front of the grip) cocks the striker.

It takes several pounds to do, but less than/around a pound (I forget) of force to hold it.

Actually squeezing the grip will indeed drop the slide and chamber a round. Mag changes are very fast.

I second the thought for a "P7 Section"...

LSP...I just got my second P7 from CDNN delivered yesterday and test fired. It was just as nice as the first one. I saw yours sitting there lonely waiting for someone to pick it up

I went shooting with my wife on Monday and this is the first gun that she felt really comfortable with right from the start. There's a slight chance of me ordering a third now while CDNN has them. Last count he still had quite a few, but when the word gets out they will go fast.

I'm going to send the most "Plumb" one off to Robar this week so that I can take advantage of the coating special.
