Help with iPhone repair

First it started pocket dialing
Then dropping calls
Then not saving stuff
Lastly it wouldn't take pictures.
So I figured I could reset something - or something.
Nothing worked.
I finally got the proper tool and fixed it where it don't aggravate me no more.
New one takes pics.
