What is your favorite? I would love to go to his store and take a class.

Mods feel free to move this to the cooking forum if needed.

I’ve used Holy Gospel, Holy Cow, Honey Hog from Meat Church. I like them good enough but I wouldn’t say they are spectacular.

Beef I haven’t found my hands down go to other than Salt and Pepper.

On burgers I like Fiesta Hamburger Deluxe

I really like Targil Mesquite rub on most pork.

I typically used a blend of Greek seasoning on chicken, unless it’s a bag of chicken leg quarters I’ll put Tony’s on them.

McCormick Cilantro Lime Pepper is very good on grilled fish, second only to N4sir original citrus rub. Or Paul Prudommes Blackened Magic

These are my go-to's depending on the flavor I want.
Killer Hogs-The BBQ Rub; McCormick - Montreal Steak; Badia - Jerk Seasoning
For sauce if desired to finish Killer Hogs - The BBQ Sauce. I've been looking for Killer Hogs - Vinegar Sauce locally, but guess I'll Have to order it.

Thanks for tip - I'll check them out. It's spicy but not very hot -to my palate. Others who have tasted my "country style" pork ribs (sliced pork butt) did not find it too hot.

I've been to their store in Waxahachie (spelling?) a few times and at this point have sampled every single rub they make.

My favorites are "Holy Voodoo" and "The Gospel"

Here is a sampler pack with them a hair cheaper than locally:

I just did some ribs last weekend and rubbed the outside with Dijon Mustard, then liberally coated with The Gospel and some of their Honey Hog.

I tried a few different seasonings last year along with a bunch of different sauces. Found it pretty hard to beat leblancs seasoning blend. For the bbq sauce my family and i like the kinder gold. I tried a BUNCH. Of sauces. Kinder gold is tough to beat. I did 2 racks of baby backs every time i cooked and did each one with a different sauce. We landed on the kinder and have stuck to it. Couple different cooks.
