I was going to bump this thread, but it's a sticky. So I'll bump it anyway.

    Lmao thanks man.
Yea it is stickied and I am not gonna bump it myself. I have posted enough to prove my point and spread my experience with him.
    However,
Anyone reading that feels the need to bump it to the top go right ahead.

Take it off and go get it re-done at one of the recommendations posted. Chalk it up to one of life's lessons.
The perp is watching the thread and has learnt a different lesson but at a much higher price.

That ******* ever make this right?

Hell no. I saw him in public a couple weeks ago and asked him about it. He just walked off.
I was already disputing the claim.
Yamaha was going out of business which is where my card was charged. They didn't say anything back to the dispute so by default I was awarded my money back.
So, it was resolved. Not by him.
I'm thankful capital one was able to help.

Well, that is a good result. I think the dealership going out of business speaks for itself.

yea, I didn't wish that one them, his mom and one of the other managers there were fairly helpful when I needed anything from them. Their son is the one that is a screw up. He is back in the plants from what I hear. His "dip" business isn't doing so well.
