Wow! So he has 3 SUV's and now everyone knows where they are parked. I guess such a big shot gun store owner must've had 2013 Hummers or Cadillac Escalades running on 30" rims! Sounds like he's already been convicted here.I still do not comprehend how you can be insolvent if you're stealing from everyone. How long have they been in business? Five, six years and all of a sudden everyone got ripped off. Y'all need to explain this better.

Very easily! Business on the verge of insolvency usually (national averages), try to buy or retain as much liquid inventory as they can before the bankruptcy proceedings get started, or in most cases are even filed.

Liquid assests that sell, are good assets to have when you are going down the tubes.

Explain what better? He was taking money for orders then not ordering products. He was using the next customer's money to order the last customer's items. Their orders were financing his business. Additionally, he was selling items on consignment and not paying people who's items he had sold.

It's weird that someone makes a brand new account just to defend that guy's actions.

I believe I called this on post 30.

I'm one of the victims here - bought suppressor from American Freedom Firearms and they NEVER ordered from the manufacturer. But they DID charge my credit card.

I did file a report with the JPSO.

blackwater26504 thanks for your help with this matter.

BTW - it seems every time I post either my post is deleted or the thread is closed.....hmmmm

I'll be happier when someone removes "Site Sponsor" from under his name.

If he paid his money for it, and it hasn't expired; he is still a "site sponsor!" Legally! Unless there is a clause in the agreement to be a site sponsor, that the owner of said site reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship for reasons other than deliquent payment or no payment.

    Just sayin!

We'll since you ask for it george he we go let's get it out there.

Employees took the special orders.....cash payments were deposited into company bank account, credit cards were prosesssed directly into the account.....all payments for product from suppliers came via checks or credit card directly from George.

Everything needed is at your home "main" office. So now that it's out there what do you have to say now?
