Finally got around to sending in my PF9 which would have at least 1-2 failure to extracts or very light primer strikes causing a round to not fire every magazine (shot around 250 rounds over two sessions). I sent an email a week after I sent it to be sure they received it (never mailed a firearm before) and they responded the next day that they received it on June 10th. Today, July 10th I got it back with a new slide, recoil spring, and polished feed ramp. They never asked any questions, just addressed the issues I presented to them. I have not had a chance to try it out but so far I am impressed with their customer service.
