I am not surprised. I have helped some of my Sister's liberal friends select thier first firearms. This is a good thing.
Some of them believe that gun control is about criminalizing black people which actually goes back to the original gun control laws passed under Jim Crowe.

The prevailing opinion among my Sister's friends is one that I agree with. The 2nd amendment is for everyone and violent criminals don't care about your politics.
