Don't other states that have constitutional carry also offer CHP so that you can gain from reciprocity? I coulda sworn some of them do.

You need for some of the thugs to challenge it. Some of the ones already in jail are trying it now... I'm sure it'll be front page news when the LA Supreme Ct. decides it, if they take the case.

Well, right now they are challenging the felon possessing a firearm (after conviction). I guess they will get to the interpretation of concealed carry as it applies to the new law based on the judgment of those.
