I've got several nov/dec 2012 orders still on backorder...now looking, I had a ton magically go away as well

Myself and a few coworkers got emails today that cancelled 2500-5000 bulk packs ordered quite some time ago. Multiple brands.

So if you're waiting for bulk .22lr from SG, check your email just in case.

Sportsmans Guide sucks, I got tired of playing their games years ago.

Back in 2008 I had 762x39 backordered for over a year. I think they eventually did ship though. It was something like $99/case.

Just received my Pushback today for the 8,000,000,000 time !

We need your approval to maintain the following backorders. Item:

60.12 (Extended: $300.60)
Expected Ship Date: 09/15/14 [ the order was placed on 01/12/13 ]


I understand that they can not make a manufacturer produce something they dont have.
HOWEVER, after a Year, I do feel that SG should make an attempt to offer up a different brand and honor their deal.

Its NOT like we asked for special permission to backorder a product. They offered it to US !

Can you imagine the hate mail they get from customers.
I have NOT purchased ANYTHING from them, and will NOT unless they make good on what they offered to sell me.

I am just one, but it looks like there are MANY.
And as our numbers increase, their sales will go down from pissed customers.

Just like I have NOT purchased from CCD.

Now all we need to do, is to convince people to do the same.
That'll Teach them a lesson they will never forget !
