I don't know if all crossfit gyms do this but every Memorial Day we do "Murph"
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
*Do workout wearing a 20 lb weighted vest
I always hate myself for showing up but I think of those who have served and died for my freedom and my pain doesn't seem all that bad. I was able to post a time of 54:40 today.
