It's really not a difficult thing to make.

    you'll need:

two cans of Pillsbury Crescent Rools dough

1/4 lb of thin sliced ham(real ham not the cheap stuff)
    1/4 lb Genoa Salam
    1/4 lb Provalone Cheese
8 oz. good olive salad(NOT Giardiniera)

Extra I added 1/4 lb Hot Capicola or Sopressata
    1/4 lb Swiss Cheese

    Heat oven to 375
Open one can ata time and unroll Crescent Rolls. I separated in triangles but you can use as rectangles. Lay in a circle like a shining sun of a 12 inch round pan which has been sprayed with nonstick release baking spray. Seal dotted seams and overlap dough. layer your meats and cheeses in a circle. Add olive salad on top and fold over the excess dough. Bake about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool aboput 10 minutes, slice and serve.

Had to bump this because it's worth it.
Finally got around to making it today at work and it was quickly cleaned out.

    +1 for Gambinos olive salad

So your saying now we have an inside guy...

All I'm saying is we've been making all of their french bread products since 1990. We sell a lot of muffulettas with them, so apparently their olive salad is top notch. It is used nationwide at chains like McAllister's Deli
