Just picked up a Para LTC. I had shot a P 16-40 Limited in competition for a few years and really wanted a single stack .45, and something a little different.
I found this LTC that was about 6 months old. The previous owner shot IDPA and took meticulous care of the gun. He added the Dawson front and rear, S&A magwell, and arched mainspring housing. He sent it off to Tripp for a hardchrome finish and topped it off with the Davidson G10 grips. The internals were left stock.
The 8 round mag bases have been trimmed perfectly to mate up with the magwell. I also have a few 7 rounders. The only other thing I really did was put a strip of grip tape on the front strap.
I ordered a G&G B800 holster and although hefty, the rig is very comfortable to wear.
I've already put 500+ flawless rounds through it and she's a keeper. Very accurate and I'm considering one in 9mm for fun.
Any other Para LTC reports out there, good or bad?
