Selling a never assembled, brand new in the box, stripped and perfect condition Noveske Gen 2 Chainsaw lower. I purchased this lower for a project that isn't going to happen. This is my second Chainsaw lower. I've examined this lower top to bottom and can't find anything wrong with it. I don't know why it's considered a blem. My other is perfect also and functions 100%.
