This is a LNIB - Noveske Rogue Hunter - 16" 300BLK.

I attached a Plumb Crazy all polymer lower to it. the only thing I did to it was change out the grip and you can have the original if you would rather have it instead.

$900.00 for the upper only, $1000 if you want the Plumb Crazy lower as well.

Is it 16" with the muzzle thing, or is it a full 16" barrel plus the length of the break?

16" plus the brake. It is the AAC flash hider, designed to use with their ratchet can adapter.
