    He is not as good as Rogers, Manning or Brady. Those are just current QB's. He is not close to the greatest QB in NFL history, nowhere close or even in the conversation. He is probably greatest Saints QB but that is it. Please don't take that to mean he is not a great QB, he is. Hyperbole of the greatest ever though does him a disservice. He is great just not at the greatest of all time level.

    You sir, are wrong. I will give you Peyton but neither of the other two. Manning and Brees are by far the two best QB's in the game today. When it is all said and done Brees will be in the top 5 of all time with Marino, Elway, Manning and Favre. Rogers is not even in the conversation. And as far as I am concerned Brady gets close but doesnt get the nod even with 4 SB rings. People say Marino is one of the best to ever even touch a football and he never won a ring. Elway only has two and it took his entire career to get them. He almost retired without them.

    Now that jimmy graham is always double teamed the saints score less points. That's about it. The league has learned how to shut down the Brees/Graham relationship.

    Let them double team Graham, that is fine. We still have Stills, Colston, Moore and Meachem (sp). We have the receivers and backs to win what we need is an O-line. We need some meat up there. Graham is going to get free at some point and is still going to out jump most people for the ball and box people out in the endzone.

    Brees= sub-par.......LOL! you clearly don't watch football.

    Brees only has 2 more INT's than P. Manning this season.

    Games this season without an INT;
    Manning 8
    Brees 7
    Brady 5

    P. Manning threw 81 MORE Interceptions than Brees in his first 13 years
    And Brady has thrown 16 more in his first 13 seasons.

    Aaron Rodgers? Exactly what does Aaron Rodgers have to compare? One Super Bowl Ring?

    Great…now he matches Brees and Manning……..uh ok/

    What you're seeing on the field is a Combo of things.
    Brees having concrete feet and a weak Left Tackle Position
    and Sean Peyton losing his balls....and brains.

    The Defense is doing all they can to keep us in the game. Holding the panthers in a tiny little box on their Home field to a mere 10 points for 59 minutes and 20 seconds
    SHOULD ALWAYS be enough to win. The fact is, the Defense should have not even had to put their helmets back on.

    Saints lost to Carolina b/c Sean Peyton has lost the ability to finish close games. 1 more first down, like the previous 20 we had on the Panthers, and the Saints kneel for the win.
    Instead, Sean calls three between the tackle runs. A mere play action Brees roll out to Jimmy Graham or Colston would have possibly gotten you the first down.
    If they weren't open just let Brees slide. You accomplish the same thing with the clock but at least you TRY and get the 1st.
    Sean P didn't even try. Just 3 back to back runs and punt. The exact same pedigree that cost us the Patriots game.

    Oh, and if you're going to compare what Belichick and Brady did in that span,
    to the Saints ..... you're just foolish.
    Compare the Pats Dynasty to EVERY OTHER team in the NFL, and they ALL LOOK just as feeble.

    It's like comparing college coaches to Saban. He's a once in a lifetime type of Legend Coach.
    That's not fair or possible to compare your coach to someone like that.

    But what those two(Belichick and Saban) do share?
    Some pretty BAD seasons as professionals BEFORE they became Greats!

    …and what you may not know, they did so together.

    Anyway, Saints just failing to Finish Strong.

    These types of losses are really easy to get discouraged over. Games that are in your hand to win are always that way. But there’s no reason to throw one of the best QB’s to play the game under the bus. There is FACTUALLY no basis to even make such a statement. That’s all emotion speaking b/c you sure won’t find a Pro Analyst who will say anything close to that about Drew Brees. Do you even listen to NFL Announcers and Analyst. Who’s name comes up every time a new or young QB is mentioned. Who do they compare them to? Brees, Brady, Manning and sometimes Rodgers. I can think of 100 other QB’s who NEVER get mentioned.

    Those names are staple names in the NFL right now. We are watching the Era of Elite Qb’s where decades old QB records are being shattered but ONLY by a select few QB’s and in the last few years by only TWO Qb’s. Manning and Brees. Who are now breaking each other’s records.

    ...and with Manning(16 years)-37 yrs old- and Brady(14 years)-36 yrs old- sure to retire within a few years;
    Brees(13 years)-34 yrs old- may hang around to do that much more.

    It's projected that out of all these Elite QB's, only Manning and Brees really stand a chance to catch or break Brett Favre's Career Yards record.

    If Manning is capable of playing another 2 years, he could break Favre's Record.
    However, Brees would be not far behind to catch whatever Manning leaves behind.
    Brees could catch or break it in 5 more years at around 4000 yards a season. That would put Brees at 38 yrs old.

    With Brady accomplishing so much early on, it's not known exactly how long he'll play with nothing more to prove.

    ....well except for the ability to beat Eli Manning....ROFL!

    A. Rodgers is just around 48,000 yards away from Favre's record.
