Dont know about the 380 but I have a CPX2 in 9mm as well as my brother and his son, we all like them! Dependable and reliable, what more could some one ask for?
I ordered one for my FIL and had a chance to handle/shoot it. Decent gun for the price. As expected, it's a little rough around the edges. The one we got had some pretty nasty machining burrs that were actually binding up the slide. After a little bit of file and sandpaper work and a couple hundred break-in rounds it was fine. They sure stay true to the Keltec thing, including requiring a fluff and buff to smooth out.
Bottom line: good gun for the money, you get what you'd expect, nice shooter with a little smoothing, but probably wouldn't trust my life to it.
SCCY 9's are reliable, but that trigger pull is pretty bad. Good gun for the money I guess. Kinda bulky, but not too bad for the magazine capacity. Decent for carry, not great for everyday shooting, in my opinion.
