You could be, but I don't think you are...I am saying what I think the system should be like, I also would stipulate a literacy test. People should be able to read and understand at least at a 6th grade level before voting on how to ruin our country.

Well, we have been seriously undermined: our education system is faltering.

My idea of literacy applies to the Constitution, Bill of Rights and all of the preceding documents starting with the Magna Carta.

And everyone would be Unorganized Militia. Don't have rifle? Don't vote. Several times of that and u may need to find another spot on the planet or u get Income taxed.
